Under the Goal - 3 “Promotion of citizen and State action for water conservation, augmentation, and preservation with a focus on vulnerable and over-exploited areas” National Water Mission has signed the MoUs with Rotary India Water Conservation Trust, VVKI, Art of Living , BJS, Sarkaritel as partners in advocacy and capacity building at Panchayat and ward level.

| 1. | MoU with Rotary India Water Conservation Trust (RIWCT) has been signed on 23.01.2023 with no financial implication on NWM, MoJS. They are working in the field of construction of Watershed Development, transformation of Water bodies on Pan-India basis, reduce consumption of water using Greywater recycling plants and construction/revived of Rainwater Harvesting. |
| 2. | MoU with Vyakti Vikas Kendra India (VVKI), the Art of Living has been signed on 02.05.2023 with no financial implication on NWM, MoJS. They are working in the field for creating of Water recharge structure with the help of implementing many River Rejuvenation Programs by creating various Groundwater Recharge structures through Government scheme MGNREGA. |
| 3. | MoU with Bharatiya Jain Sanghatana (BJS) has been signed on 16.06.2023 with no financial implication on NWM, MoJS. Intially, they are working for supporting of setting-up of Jal Shakti Kendras (JSK) in the 4 identified districts with the mutual agreement as a pilot initiative with all the necessary support to district administration and overall mandate of the National Water Mission. |
| 4. | MoU with Indian Plumbing Association (IPA) has been signed on 07.07.2023 with no financial implication on NWM, MoJS. They are working for impart and promote public education, awareness and outreach programmes and water sterwardship. |
| 5. | MoU with Sarkaritel.com/jalprahari.in has been signed on 02.08.2023 with no financial implication on NWM, MoJS. They are working for generating awareness about Water Conservation. |
